Its features include: higher cost-effectiveness, lower BOM cost, small size, and high integration.

The highly integrated monolithic wireless charging transmitter IC must integrate the full-bridge driving circuit, voltage current detection/signal demodulation circuit, LDO and MCU in the existing scheme into a highly integrated monolithic wireless charging transmitter. IC, only based on such IC program can achieve the simplest peripheral circuit, easy to produce. Only this kind of scheme can adapt to the market, and at the same time, it is also the cost-effective scheme that the accessory manufacturer finally chooses. In addition, the SoC has a built-in Q-value detection circuit that is more sensitive to FOD detection and complies with EPP requirements.

Many international brands wireless charging products:

In the first half of 2018, Huawei and Samsung held press conferences and released Huawei's first wireless charging handset Huawei Mate RS and Galaxy S9.
